Installation

Open https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227548/ai-polls-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Click the Get it now button in the top right.
Install to your Confluence instance.

Getting Started

Type /aipolls in the editor and select AI Polls+

Apps+ Support > AI Polls+ for Confluence > startmacro.gif

Click Apps then AI Polls+ in the top navbar to view all polls and results.

Security

Transparent technical details of the secure data flows in/out of Apps+

What	Prompts entered by the user.

FAQs

If you copy-paste an existing poll macro or copy-paste the page a poll is on, those cloned polls will point to the same macroId which will save results to the same location.

What you need to do is insert a new poll each time by typing /aipolls in the Confluence editor.

Yep! You can access the configuration options via two methods:

Apps in top navbar, click AI Polls+ and then click the settings gear icon.
Apps in top navbar, then Manage apps, find AI Polls+ and click the Configure button.

Then toggle enable the notifications, add your email and a custom subject line.

Due to technical limitations you’ll need to click the Toggle to refresh checkbox a few times in the macro config sidebar.

AI can be brilliant when it works, but often it'll return unexpected results. Here’s some tips:

Try the examples listed when first inserting the macro.
Keep your input message simple and literal.
If it doesn’t work, try again with a different input message.

We use a custom trained AI model to convert your natural language input into functional components that map onto Atlassian’s Forge UI kit components.

We will continue to improve the apps and release new feature improvements as Atlassian’s Forge platform matures. We’re also collecting training data to fine-tune the AI models so that they’ll become smarter and more useful.
